Gossip gained currency despite Alvarez being in a serious relationship with his childhood sweetheart, Maria Emilia Ferrero. Alvarez, who recently transferred to Atlético Madrid for a whopping €75 million, remains in top form on the field, scoring seven goals in 18 appearances this season.

Bondi, one of Trump’s long-term allies, was a significant player in his first impeachment trial. Her nomination is often the subject of public discussion in which Trump has focused on her being a renowned litigator and wholehearted loyalist. Bondi also chaired the America First Policy Institute, which further solidified her position with Trump’s vision.

  1. India’s Record at Perth’s Optus Stadium: A Test of Fortitude

Challenges to India’s Test history have marked it at Optus Stadium in Perth – the fortress proved for the Australians. As India takes off the Border-Gavaskar Trophy on November 22, with key players like Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill unavailable, the gamethrower has added an extra layer of intrigue to these contrasts.

A match in 2018 was played at the venue where Virat Kohli plucked a gritty century in a losing cause. The fast-bowling and bouncy nature of the stadium will test the Indian bats once again. KL Rahul and Devdutt Padikkal are expected to lead from the front as for now, but pressure has mounted on the young squad to deliver.

  1. Josh Hazlewood outplays Virat Kohli in Series Opener

Josh Hazlewood delivered a stunning performance in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy opener, dismissing Virat Kohli for just five runs. The delivery, a lethal combination of bounce and movement, highlighted Hazlewood’s skill and set the tone for Australia’s dominance in the early stages of the match.

Kohli’s dismissal came amidst a shaky start for India, with openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal falling for ducks. Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc spearheaded Australia’s attack, leaving India struggling at 14/3. Kohli’s early exit has intensified pressure on the Indian team to stabilize their innings in challenging conditions.

  1. KL Rahul’s Controversial Dismissal Sparks Debate

KL Rahul’s dismissal in the first Test against Australia has generated a lot of debate among fans and commentators. The opener, who was India’s most reliable batter in the session, was given caught behind after a disputed third umpire decision.

On Snickometer, it had spurted when the ball had hit Rahul’s bat with the sound of hitting his pad. And so, the third umpire reversed the on-field decision against the Indians much to the anguish of the Indian supporters. The incident raises questions about the trustability of technology and the protocols when such scenarios come up.

Rishabh Pant is becoming increasingly marketable, and the wicket-keeper batsman’s endorsement value can be expected to increase by 30-40% in the coming months. He is currently managing over 15 brands, including Dream11 and Thums Up. Pant’s series of towering performances across formats have cemented his place as a top preference among advertisers.

Pant recently joined forces with athlete management consultants Anant Arora and Indranil Blah, a move that heralds a strategic expansion of his off-field repertoire. His ever-increasing popularity and brand value are a testament to his immense potential both on and off the cricket field.

  1. Starc, Hazlewood Rattle India in Perth Opener

Australia’s pace duo, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood, delivered a masterclass on the opening morning of the first Test in Perth, reducing India to 51/4 at lunch. The Indian batting lineup faltered early, with openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal departing for ducks.

Virat Kohli’s highly anticipated return to Australia ended prematurely, with Hazlewood dismissing him for just five runs. KL Rahul showed resilience but fell to a controversial caught-behind decision, leaving India reeling. The Australian bowlers capitalized on the challenging pitch conditions, setting the stage for a commanding performance.
