CBSE CTET 2024: Exam Schedule

Candidates are required to arrive at the Examination Centre at 7:30 AM for Paper – II and at 12:00 PM for Paper– I, which is 120 minutes before the start of the examination. Candidates arriving after 9:30 AM for Paper-II and after 2:00 PM for Paper-I will not be permitted to participate in the examination.

  1. The Admit Card will be issued two days before the examination date.
  2. Entry to the examination center is strictly conditional upon possessing an admit card, a valid ID proof, and undergoing proper frisking.
  3. Candidates’ responses (answers) may undergo analysis alongside other candidates to identify patterns of similarity in correct and incorrect answers. An official statement warns that if it is inferred or concluded through the analytical procedure that responses have been shared, resulting in non-genuine or invalid scores, the candidate’s candidature may be canceled, and/or the result withheld.
  4. Biometric attendance is compulsory for all candidates before entering the examination hall.

CTET 2024: Qualifying Criteria

An individual scoring 60% or more in the TET exam will be deemed to have passed the TET.

(a) School managements, including Government, local bodies, government-aided, and unaided institutions, may consider granting concessions to individuals belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently-abled persons, etc., in line with their existing reservation policy.

(b) While giving consideration to the recruitment process, emphasis should be placed on the CTET scores; however, it is important to note that qualifying the CTET does not guarantee recruitment or employment. It serves as one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.

CBSE CTET 2024 Admit Card: Reporting Schedule

Candidates are required to arrive at the Examination Centre at 7:30 AM for Paper – II and at 12:00 PM for Paper– I, providing a window of 120 minutes before the start of the examination. Candidates who present themselves at the examination center after 9:30 AM for Paper-II and after 2:00 PM for Paper-I will not be permitted to participate in the examination.
